Poway is one of San Diego's best school districts. I visited this home and was really impressed with the layout. A great craftsman home

This is the control box for the solar panels that are on the roof. The seller is not sure if they work. But having these panels installed is a nice feature! Plus you get tax benefits!

The front yard is really nice and spacious... does need some TLC for the lawn. There's a nice orange tree on the left.
This fireplace was really nice.
There's this interesting bookshelf "divider" that separated the living room and the dining area.
Vaulted ceilings in all beautifully stained wood. Really well maintained.
You can see the nice vaulted ceilings thru out the home. All the rooms were connected all together in someway. As you can see with this room, leads to the hallway to another room.
You can see the window on top on the right side. This home had wonderful natural light.
UNFORTUNATELY... my camera died and wasn't able to take pictures of the kitchen or the backyard. The kitchen was all renovated with granite counters and oak colored cabinets.
The my favorite part of the house was the backyard. There was a WALL of magnolias growing in yard. The wonderful smell reminded me of my childhood neighbor who grew these fragrant flowers.
House is listed at 312K and it's a trustee sale... which means the sellers are motivated! Great home in Poway for a family looking at providing their kids with a great education!
