Poway - "the city in the country" : 4bed 2bath Trustee Sale! list @ 312K!

 Poway is one of San Diego's best school districts.  I visited this home and was really impressed with the layout.  A great craftsman home

UNFORTUNATELY... my camera died and wasn't able to take pictures of the kitchen or the backyard.  The kitchen was all renovated with granite counters and oak colored cabinets.

The my favorite part of the house was the backyard.  There was a WALL of magnolias growing in yard.  The wonderful smell reminded me of my childhood neighbor who grew these fragrant flowers. 

House is listed at 312K and it's a trustee sale... which means the sellers are motivated!  Great home in Poway for a family looking at providing their kids with a great education!

Skyline San Diego.. Yowza! Whatta view from the pool!

i apologize for my late posts!  i lost my memory card reader and have been behind on blogging... but I'm back and zipping around San Diego looking at these very beautiful homes..

check out this one i saw up in Skyline!  Priced at 269K..  this is a view from the pool...  that's Cowles Mountain!!

Went to go see a really nice condo in Carmel Valley in the Il Palio complex.  And it's a dog lovers paradise!  I met a new beagle puppy on my walk to the unit..  If you have a dog, you should see this condo!

 

The condo is very clean with new appliances, a fireplace, 2 walk in closets and a nice balcony.  The unit is on the 2nd floor, so the balcony is very private and located in the corner so you are facing trees.  

Both bedrooms are masters, so bathrooms are easily accessible in each room.  Great layout for roommates.

 I really liked the layout of the condo with so much storage space, a washer/dryer hook up,  and the balcony.  The HOA fees are $216, and the complex has a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and lots of green grass- well maintained.  If you have a dog, this unit is perfect for you!
